Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Llandrindod Wells Urban District Council Bill [H.L.] ought to be dispensed with, and the Bill allowed to proceed, provided that all reference to the payment of the costs of the Bill for 1903 be omitted from The Bill

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Mullingar, Kells, and Drogheda Railway Bill ought to be dispensed with.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Heckmondwike Improvement Bill ought to be dispensed with, provided that Clauses 10 and 11, and so much of the preamble as related thereto, be struck out of the Bill.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of Wigan Corporation Bill ought to be dispensed with, provided that the powers to construct Tramway No. 2 be struck out of the Bill, unless the consent of the Aspull Urban District Council be proved before the Committee on the Bill.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Petition for the Darien Gold Mining Company Bill ought to be dispensed with, and leave given to introduce the Bill.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Hastings Tramways Bill [H.L.] ought to be dispensed with, and the Bill allowed to proceed, provided that Clause 7 be struck out of the Bill, unless the consent of the Corporation of Bexhill is proved before the Committee on the Bill.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Wellingborough and District Tramroads and Electricity Supply Bill [H.L.] ought to be dispensed with, and the Bill allowed to proceed, provided that Tramways Nos. 1 and 2 are struck out of the Bill, unless the consent of the Northamptonshire County Council and that of the Wellingborough Rural District Council are proved before the Committee.

Mexborough and Swinton Tramways (Extension of Time) Bill [H.L.]. The CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES informed the House that the opposition to the Bill was withdrawn. The orders made on Friday and Tuesday last, discharged, and Bill committed.

Municipal Corporations (Merthyr Tydfil Scheme Confirmation) Bill [H.L.]. Committed. The Committee to be proposed by the Committee of Selection.

South-Eastern and London, Chatham, and Dover Railways Bill [H.L.]; Nine Mile Point Railway Bill [H.L.]; Barry Railway Bill [H.L.]; Cardiff. Railway Bill [H.L.]; Rhymney Railway Bill [H.L.]; Leeds and Liverpool Canal Bill [H.L.]; Clyde Navigation Bill [H.L.]; Clyde Navigation (Reconstitution) Bill [H.L.].
