§ Statement showing (1) the new German "General" Customs Tariff; (2) the modifications made in that Tariff by each of the new German Treaties with Russia. Switzerland, Italy, Roumania, Belgium, Austria-Hungary, and Servia; (3) the new German "Conventional" Tariff resulting from all these modifications; with comparison with the existing German rates of duty on imports from the United Kingdom.
