The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:—North British Railway (General Powers).

Also the Certificates that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:—Great Central Railway [H.L.]; Great Central Railway (Pension Fund) [H.L.]; Shepton Mallet Gas Company (Electric Lighting) [H.L.].

And also the Certificate that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have not been complied with:—Blackpool, St. Anne's, and Lytham Tramways [H.L.].

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
