§ Report from the Lord Chancellor, That, in the opinion of the Lord Chancellor, the claim of Henry Cyril Percy, Baron Graves of Gravesend, in the Peerage of Ireland, claiming a right to vote at the elections of Representative Peers for Ireland is of such a nature that it ought to be referred to the Committee for Privileges; read, and ordered to lie on the Table.
