§ Report by the Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords and the Chairman of Ways and Means in the House of Commons (1) that the provisions of the Wemyss Dock Order are of such a character that they ought to be dealt with by Private Bill and not by Provisional Order; (2) that, save as aforesaid, the Provisional Orders for which petitions wore presented to the Secretary for Scotland on or before the 17th of April, 1905, be allowed to proceed, subject to such recommendations as may hereafter be made with respect to the several orders.
