§ Order, dated 18th February, 1905, made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department in pursuance of Section 54 (4) of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1901, extending the special exception in that section to male young persons of the age of sixteen years and upwards employed in the process of continuous wire-drawing carried on in non-textile factories.
