Return of all British ships ordered by the Board of Trade or its officers, during the period from July 1st, 1904, to June 30th, 1905, to be provisionally detained as unsafe; also of all foreign ships ordered to be provisionally detained during the same period as unsafe by reason of overloading or improper loading; together with summaries showing respectively the total number of ships ordered to be detained as unsafe since October 1st, 1876, distinguishing between the cases in which ships were found safe or unsafe (in continuation of Parliamentary Paper [Od. 2217]).
