I should like to ask the noble Marquess the Leader of the House whether he can tell us when we are likely to have the Second Reading of the Unemployed Bill.

We propose that the House should adjourn during pleasure, in order to receive the Unemployed Bill and read it a first time to-night. If the noble Earl approves we should like to take the Second Reading to-morrow.
