My Lords, I beg to give notice that on Tuesday next I shall move:—"That an humble address be presented to His Majesty, praying that His Majesty will give directions that a monument be erected in the collegiate church of St. Peter's, Westminster, to the memory of the late Right Hon. the Marquess of Salisbury, with an inscription expressive of the high sense of the House of his rare and splendid gifts and of his devoted labours in Parliament and in great offices of State."

House adjourned at twenty minutes before Six o'clock to Monday next, a quarter before Eleven o'clock.
