The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:—Local Government Provisional Order (Poor Law).

And also the Certificate that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:—Humber Commercial Railway and Dock.

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.

Ipswich Dock Commission Bill [H.L.]. Returned from the Commons agreed to, with Amendments.

Hampton-in-Arden Gas Bill. Returned from the Commons with the Amendments agreed to.
