The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that His Majesty had (by Commission) appointed the Lord Balfour of Burleigh Speaker of the House in the absence of the Lord Chancellor, the Earl of Morley, the Earl of Cork and Orrery, the Earl de Montalt, the Earl of Halsbury, the Earl Waldegrave, and the Lord Ribblesdale. The said Commission was read.
