The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:—Local Government Provisional Orders (Gas); Local Government Provisional Orders (No. 6); Local Government Provisional Orders (No. 8).

Also the Certificates that no Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bills:—Local Government Provisional Orders (No. 7); Commons Regulation (Merrow) Provisional Order; Commons Regulation (Oxshott) Provisional Order; Local Government Provisional Orders No. 12).

And also the Certificates that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:—Carlisle Corporation; Lytham Improvement; Radcliffe Tramways and Improvement; London United Tramways; Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, and Thornaby Tramways; Thames Steamboat Service; Skipton Water River Improvement.

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
