§ The King's Answer to the Address of Thursday last, reported by the Lord Steward (E. Pembroke and Montgomery) as follows:—" I have received your Address, praying that I will make the Order in Council under the Military Manœuvres Act, 1897, a draft of which, was presented to your Lordships' House on the 8th March last. I will comply with your advice."
