said the Amendment which he had to move to Clause 5 explained itself. Its object was to make it clear that the Bill did not apply to Ireland.

Amendment moved— In Clause 5, page?, line 36, to insert as a new sub-section, '(1) This Act shall not extend to Ireland.'"—(Earl Waldegrave.)
