§ Return showing the population, valuation, the average assessment levied under the Education (Scotland) Act, 1872, for the three years 1900–1901 to 1902–1903 in each parish, and the total raised from each local government district, together with calculations showing the amount which would be raised from each parish if the total assessment so raised from each local government district were imposed as a district rate upon parishes on the basis of (1) Valuation alone; and (2) Half on valuation and half on population.
