Report to the right hon. the Secretary of State for the Home Department, by Captain J. H. Thomson, His Majesty's Chief Inspector of Explosives, on the circumstances attending an explosion of nitro-glycerine which occurred in the precipitating and final washing houses of the factory of the National Explosives Company, Limited, at Upton Towans, Hayle, Cornwall, on the 5th January, 1904.
