Amendment moved— In Clause 7, page 4, line 36, after the word 'Acts' to insert the words 'every case under this Act may be prosecuted in any sheriff Court which the Board may declare by a notice under the hand of the Secretary to the Board to the procurator-fiscal of such sheriff Court to be the Court nearest to the spot where the offence was committed, or otherwise the most convenient for the trial of the case."—(The Earl of Kintore.)
