HL Deb 02 August 1904 vol 139 c396

Order of the day for the Second Reading read.

EARL CADOGAN

My Lords, I think the objects of this Bill are sufficiently set forth in the preamble. The County of Suffolk, under the Act of 1888, was divided into two counties, East and West Suffolk, and it is to remedy certain defects and to make plain some difficulties that this Bill is now brought in. I beg to move that it be read a second time.

Moved, "That the Bill be now read 2a."—(Earl Cadogan.)

On Question, Bill read 2a.
