§ 1. Providing that the powers and duties of a British Consular Officer under the Act shall, in the New Hebrides, be exercised by the Residents Deputy Commissioner;
§ 2. Approving byelaws made by the Cardiff Pilotage Board; and
§ 3. Fixing the Engineering Establishment of the Corporation of Trinity House.
