My Lords, I beg to present a petition from the Board of Guardians of the Union in which I live — Paddington Union — against the Out-door Relief (Friendly Societies) Bill, and to give notice that when the Second Reading of the Bill comes on to-morrow week I shall move that it be referred to a Select Committee.
