, who had a Question on the Paper "to ask when it is proposed to introduce the Bill dealing with the regulation of motor traffic," said: My Lords, I have been asked by the President of the Local Government Board to postpone this Question because the matter is going to be considered at once by the Government. I will therefore defer the Question until Thursday next.
