The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that His Majesty had (by Commission) appointed the Earl Waldegrave Speaker of the House in the absence of the Lord Chancellor or Lord Keeper, the Earl of Morley, the Earl of Cork and Orrery, the Earl de Montalt, and the Earl of Halsbury; and the Lord Ribblesdale Speaker of the House in the absence of the Lord Chancellor or Lord Keeper, the Earl of Morley, the Earl of Cork and Orrery, the Earl de Montalt, the Earl of Halsbury, and the Earl Waldegrave: The said Commissions were read.
