§ Order in Council transferring to the Board of Agriculture all the powers and duties which were conferred on the Commissioners of His Majesty's Works and Public Buildings in respect of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, by or in pursuance of Section 22 of the Crown Lands Act, 1851, or the Parks Regulation Act, 1872.
