§ Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the petition for a Bill by the Barrow Hæmatite Steel Company, Limited, ought to be dispensed with, and leave given to introduce the Bill.
§ That the further Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Nottingham and Retford Railway Bill ought to be dispensed with and the Bill allowed to proceed, subject to the consent of the Duke of Newcastle being proved before the Committee on the Bill.
