§ Licence granted by His Majesty to Frank Stephens, a convict under detention in Parkhurst Prison, permitting the said Frank Stevens to leave the prison on condition of his proceeding to King's College Hospital, there to remain for such time as is necessary to undergo treatment, and afterwards return in custody to Parkhurst Prison.
