This Bill is practically a Consolidation Bill, for the purpose of bringing together certain Acts on the question. Although there are some Amendments, they are only verbal, and are necessary to bring into harmony the different Acts which it is sought to consolidate. These Amendments it would only be proper to discuss in Committee
