§ 1. (Creameries).—Order, dated 9th June, 1902, made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in pursuance of Section 42 of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1891, granting special exceptions as regards the hours of employment of women and young persons in creameries.
§ 2. (Fruit Preserving).—Order, dated 17th June, 1902, made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in pursuance of Sections 41 and 58 of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1901, prescribing conditions to be observed in factories and workshops in which women and young persons are employed in the process of cleaning and preparing fruit, in pursuance of the special exception allowed by Section 41.
