Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the following Bills ought to be dispensed with, and the Bills allowed to proceed:—

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the

Great Central and Midland Railways (South Yorkshire Railways) Bill,

ought to be dispensed with, and the Bill allowed to proceed, provided that Clause 22 be struck out of the Bill.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the petition for additional provision in the

Ystradfellte Water Bill [H.L.]

may, under the circumstances of the case, be dispensed with, and that leave should be given to the Petitioners to insert the additional provision if the Committee to whom the Bill may be re-committed shall think fit.
