THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (The Earl of MORLEY)I wish to explain that, though this is one of the Tube Bills and I undertook to give my noble friend the Earl of Camperdown notice of certain clauses introduced into a good many of these measures, this Bill contains no new works and therefore the clause to which the noble Earl referred is not in.
