§ Report from the Lord CHANCELLOR, That, in the opinion of the Lord Chancellor, the claim of Arnold Harris Mathew (claiming to be Earl of Landaff, in the Peerage of Ireland) to vote at the elections of Representative Peers for Ireland, is of such a nature that it ought to be referred to a Committee for Privileges; read, and ordered to lie on the Table.
