§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that he had received from the Registrar of the London Bankruptcy Court a certificate under the seal of the 287 said Court, that on the 19th day of November 1901 the said Court made an order annulling the bankruptcy of the Right Honourable James Francis Harry St. Clair Erskine, Earl of Rosslyn.
