- 1. Light railways in the city of Wakefield and the townships of Horbury, Alverthorpe, Sandal, Magna, and Outwood, in the West Riding of the county of York;
- 2. A light railway in the counties of Norfolk and Suffolk, from Bury St. Fdmunds to Stanton, Walsham-le-Willows, South Lopham, and Diss;
- 3. Light railways in the boroughs of Kidderminster, and Bewdley, and in the parish of Kidderminster Foreign in the rural district of Kidderminster, in the county of Worcester;
- 4. Light railways in the urban districts of Richton, Clayton-le-Moors, Great Harwood, and Padiham, the rural districts of Clitheroe and Burnley, and the parishes or townships of Read, Simonstone, and Whalley, and (under certain conditions) in the county borough of Blackburn, all in the county palatine of Lancaster;
- 5. Light railways in the city of Durham, the parish of Brancepeth, the urban district of Brandon and Byshottles, and the parishes of Bearpark, Neville's Cross, and St. Oswald's, in the county of Durham;
- 6. Light railways in the county of Derby, from Derby to Ashbourne;
- 7. Light railways in the county of Somerset, in the city and county borough of Bath, and in the rural district of Bath;
- 8. Light Railways in the parish of Mitcham, in the rural district of Croydon, in the county of Surrey;
- 9. A light railway in the county of Essex to join the proposed Elsenham, Thaxted, and Bardfield Light Railway with the Colne Valley and Halstead Railway;
- 10. Light railways in the rural district of Halesowen, in the county of Worcester;
- 11. A light railway in the county of Somerset from Bridgwater to Nether Stowey and Stogursey. (December 14):
