§ That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Rhymney Railway Bill [H.L.] ought to be dispensed with and the Bill allowed to proceed, provided that Clause 5 be struck out of the Bill.
§ That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Tyneside Tramways and Tramroads Bill [H.L.] ought to be dispensed with and the Bill allowed to proceed, provided that Tramway No. 4 and Tramroad No. 9 be struck out of the Bill.
