§ Report from the Lord Chancellor, that in the opinion of the Lord Chancellor the claim of Henry Edward Mary Taaffe, Viscount Taaffe of Corren, to vote at the elections of Representative Peers for Ireland is of such a nature that it ought to be referred to a Committee for privileges read, and ordered to lie on the Table.
