HL Deb 05 August 1902 vol 112 cc648-9
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (The Earl of MORLEY)

My Lords, I have given notice to move on Thursday the usual Amendments to the Standing-Orders. Among them is a very important Amendment, relating to the housing of the working classes, but I have decided not to move that Amendment on Thursday, on the ground that the House has not yet had sufficient opportunity of considering the Report of the Joint Committee on that very important subject.

Standing Orders Nos. 39 and 45 to be considered on Thursday next, in order to their being suspended for that day and Friday next.
