§ A Bill to confirm certain Provisional Orders made by the Board of Education under the Elementary Education Acts, 1870 to 1900, to enable the School Boards for Barnes, Epping, Fernhurst United District, Liverpool, Manchester, and Swansea United District to put in force the Lands Clauses Acts.
