§ Order, dated 26th March, 1902, made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in pursuance of Section 1, Sub-section (4) of the Factory and 121 Workshop Act, 1901, granting special exceptions from the provisions respecting lime washing, etc., in the case of electric generating works and frame dressing rooms of lace factories or lace warehouses under certain conditions.
