Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the

Cambrian Railways Bill

ought to be dispensed with.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the

South Yorkshire Electric Power Bill

ought to be dispensed with, provided that the proposed exemption of the undertaking from the provisions of Section 81 of the Electric Lighting (Clauses) Act, 1899, be struck out of the Bill.
