"His Majesty, being desirous of making competent provision for the honourable support and maintenance of His son the Duke of Cornwall and York, His daughter-in-law the Duchess of Cornwall and York, and His daughters the Princess Louise Duchess of Fife, the Princess Victoria, and Princess Charles of Denmark, and being further desirous that similar provision should be made for Her Majesty the Queen in the event of her surviving him, and for the Duchess of Cornwall and York in the event of her surviving the Duke of Cornwall and York, relies on the attachment of the House of Lords to concur in the adoption of such measures as may be suitable to the occasion."

Ordered, That the said Message be taken into consideration on Thursday next.
