Message from the Commons that they have appointed a Committee to consist of five Members to join with a Committee of this House to consider the constitution of Queen Anne's Bounty Board, and to report whether economy and efficiency of administration would be promoted by any change in its constitution or by its amalgamation with any other body, and to request this House to appoint an equal number of Lords to be joined with the Members of their House; the said Message to be considered to-morrow.
