Petition of James Douglas Tetley, of 21, Great College Street, Westminster, parliamentary agent, praying that Standing Order No. 86A may be dispensed with, and that the Bill may be read a first time although the time limited by Standing Order 86A has expired; read, and ordered to lie on the Table; and Standing Order No. 86A to be considered To-morrow in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said petition.
