§ Evelyn Viscount Cromer, G.C.B., G.C.M.G., K.C.S.I., C.I.E., His Majesty's Agent and Consul-General in Egypt, and a Minister Plenipotentiary in the diplomatic service, having been created Viscount Errington of Hexham, in the county of Northumberland, and Earl of Cromer, in the county of Norfolk, was (in the usual manner) introduced.
