Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Barry Railway Bill ought to be dispensed with, and the Bill allowed to proceed.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the petition for a Bill by James Godman Rodgers ought to be dispensed with, and leave given to introduce the Bill.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the petition for additional Provision in the South-Eastern and London, Chatham, and Dover Railways Bill [H.L.] ought to be dispensed with, and leave given to the Committee on the Bill to insert the additional Provision.
