§ Order, dated 6th September, 1900, made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department in pursuance of Section 65 of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1878, and Section 39 of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1895, permitting warehouses where bright or burnished metal goods are made to be treated as separate factories or workshops as far as regards the period of employment of children, young persons, and women.
