Petition of John Pearce Roe, late of 150, Leadenhall Street, in the city of London, but now of 30, St. Mary Axe, in the said city, civil engineer, praying for leave to introduce a Bill for rendering valid certain letters patent granted to John Pearce Roe for an invention for improvements in apparatus for shipping or transferring coal and other materials; together with a copy of the proposed Bill annexed thereto; read, and referred to the Examiners.
