1. A Return, by unions, of the number of sane epileptics in Irish workhouses, a summary of which by provinces is given in the Twenty-seventh Report of the Local Government Board for Ireland, page 33.

2. A Return of the unions in Ireland in which visiting committees of boarded-out children have been established in accordance with the regulations of the Local Government Board for Ireland issued in May, 1899.

3. A Return of the workhouses in Ireland in which "trained nurses" have been appointed under Section 58, Subsection (2) (a) (ii) of the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1898, in conformity with the Local Government Board Circular "No. 4, M/99, Miscellaneous," of the 12th January, 1899, and the salary fixed for such nurses in each case.
