Orders in Council of 3rd March, 1900—

  1. I. Confirming certain bye-laws made by the Port Talbot Pilotage Board.
  2. II. Reducing the dues leviable by the Trinity House of Kingston-upon-Hull in respect of the lights in the Humber above that Port.
