My Lords, at the request of the noble Duke the Postmaster-General, I have arranged to postpone until next week the question standing in my name, which was to ask the Postmaster General when the scheme of registered telegraphic addresses for the troops in South Africa, promised by the Secretary of State for War, would be put in force.
