[THIRD READING.]

Order of the Day for the Third Reading read.

Moved, "That the Bill be now read the third time."—(Lord Monkswell.)

LORD BELPER

I have consulted the Local Government Board on the point which was raised at the last stage by the noble Karl the Chairman of Committees. They think that, on the whole, it is not likely that any inconvenience will arise on the point mentioned, and therefore they do not think any Amendment necessary.

THE EARL OF MORLEY

The noble Lord has shown mo the Memorandum of the Local Government Board on the point, and I am perfectly satisfied with it.

On Question, agreed to. Bill read 3a accordingly, and passed, and sent to the Commons.

House adjourned at twenty-five minutes past Seven of the clock, till To-morrow, half-past Ten of the clock.
