THE SEVENTH SESSION OF THE FOURTEENTH PARLIAMENT of Her Majesty the Queen, and the Twenty-sixth Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, was opened by Commission at Two of the clock.

The Lords Commissioners were:—The LORD CHANCELLOR (the Earl of Halsbury), the LORD PRIVY SEAL (Viscount Cross), the LORD CHAMBERLAIN (the Earl of Hopetoun), the EARL of KINTORE, and Lord BELPER.

The Commons being at the Bar with their Speaker, the LORD CHANCELLOR delivered Her Majesty's Speech to both Houses of Parliament, as follows:—
